Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office or other software tools.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, such as preparing expense reports, updating contact lists, and organizing files.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common software tools used for administrative tasks.
