Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions using programming languages and frameworks, following best practices and coding standards.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Test and debug software applications to identify and fix defects, and ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.
  • Participate in software architecture and design discussions, and provide input on technical feasibility, scalability, and performance considerations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development, and incorporate new technologies and best practices into software projects.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) engineers to develop test plans, automated tests, and testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Document software designs, technical specifications, and implementation details, and provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications and additional training are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a software developer, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) and development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with software development tools and technologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git), integrated development environments (IDEs), and issue tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus for frontend developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, propose solutions, and implement effective software solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
