Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, including uploading product images, descriptions, prices, and variants, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across the website.
  • Configure and customize Shopify store settings, including shipping options, payment gateways, taxes, discounts, and promotions, to optimize the customer shopping experience and support business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and update stock levels to ensure products are accurately reflected on the website and prevent overselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and manage product collections, featured products, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience by monitoring site speed, implementing SEO best practices, and optimizing website design and navigation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to website functionality, payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries.
  • Stay updated on Shopify platform updates, features, and best practices, and implement new features and enhancements to improve website functionality and performance.
  • Analyze website analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize website performance and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce administration, website management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Shopify platform administration, including product management, store settings, theme customization, and app integration.Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, payment processing, and order management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze website performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and draw insights to inform decision-making.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
