Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AMA, CIM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
