Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies and target audience segmentation.
  • Assist with content creation, including writing copy for marketing materials, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Manage social media accounts and platforms, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact lists for email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Assist with website updates, maintenance, and optimization to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and user experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant coursework or internships in marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing assistant or similar role, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals and objectives.
