Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in target markets and industries.
  • Gather and analyze data on market demographics, consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Interpret and synthesize market data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and business expansion.
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), market metrics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches by analyzing market response and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to integrate market insights into business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present research findings, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications in market research or data analysis are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a market research analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in market research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, including survey design, data collection, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
