Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and technical support, to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the live chat system or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or live chat support roles, with a strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written communication, with the ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging in live chat conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with live chat software platforms and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk Chat, LiveChat, Intercom) is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live chat operations and meet customer demand.
