Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against budgeted and forecasted performance, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
  • Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and business initiatives by conducting cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and measure progress towards financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather data, analyze trends, and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
