Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
  • Assist with data cleanup and validation projects, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or missing information.
  • Retrieve and compile data from various sources as needed to support business operations and reporting requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional training or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a fast typing speed.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and other computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
