Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions to address business challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
