Back-End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs to support front-end functionality and client interactions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
• Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in back-end development, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, with expertise in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and web security principles.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, SQLAlchemy).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
