Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, and proactively address issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth, and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and reports to clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
